Payments and Billing

  1. How much would it cost to get a complete professional website from SidePix Inc?
    A complete SidePix website package costs are as follows;
    • Initial development and web design is: $995.00
    • Monthly hosting and site upgrades: $99.95
  2. What different methods of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept cash, major credit cards, certified cheques, PayPal, western union, and money orders.
  3. Are your prices in Canadian currency?
    Yes. All prices listed on SidePix.com are in Canadian Currency (CAD).
  4. Why is there a monthly fee?
    The monthly fee covers the use of our web servers, the updating of your website, as well as the maintenance of your listing in the SuperBrokers directory.
  5. How come your prices are so much cheaper then other places?
    We have developed a process that maximizes efficiency in the creation process of websites. A large amount of time and money has been invested in creating this revolutionary process, thus allowing us to accept more customers, and charging a lower price. We understand that a website is a tool to greatly increase sales, and feel that if we could offer this tool for as low as we could, why not.
  6. Because you have lower prices for a professional website, does this mean that I will be received one of less quality?
    Absolutely not. Our service and support is greater then many costly alternatives. We take pride in the work that we do, and want to have great customer service to back it up. This is why we offer direct support lines, as well as many different ways to contact us.
  7. I have co-workers / employeesthat also require a mortgage website. Will I receive anything for referring them?
    At the moment, we do not have any type of referral program, however, we are currently developing a system for our final launch in April, 2005.
  8. Is there an option to pay up front for the year, or do you only offer monthly payments?
    You bet. If you wish to pre-pay for the year, the cost is lowered to $1,099. That's like getting a month for free!
  9. Is there a money back guarantee?
    Yes. If you are not entirely satisfied with our product or service (which we know you will be), then you are able to get a full refund within the first 90 days. The refund is the cost of the initial development costs.
  10. How much does the Integrated Marlborough Stirling - MorWEB Application form and Online Mortgage Calculators cost?
    For a small fee of $350 up front and $150 per year, you can receive the MorWEB Application form, and 2 Mortgage Calculators integrated into you website.
