   The official launch date of SidePix Inc. is April 1, 2005 with a pre-launch scheduled for late January or early February.

   SidePix was incorporated January 9, 2001, employing professionals with over 10 years of experience, and has worked with large names such as; The PGA Tour (http://www.tpc.com), Nevada Bobs Golf (http://www.nevadabobs.com), Xerox (http://www.xerox.com), and many others.
   
3. Where can I read about your privacy policy?

4. Are the SidePix application forms secure?
   Yes. SidePix has its own secure server that it uses when transferring any type of sensitive information from you to our secure servers. SidePix is a p3p Compliant, site, which means that no sensitive information is sent over email, eliminating the possibility of intruders accessing it.

   If you are unable to find a template that is right for you, we'll custom design one for you.
   
3. Will anyone else have the same website as me?
   No one will have the exact same site as you. We offer over 200 different websites, with new sites being added constantly. Each site is then tailored to the individual, so that no website will be the same.
   
4. Am I able to display the current mortgage rates on my website?
   Yes. With every website package, you are giving the option to display the current mortgage rates on your websites.
   
5. Are you templates compatible with older / alternate internet browsers (such as Netscape 4, or Mozilla)?
   Defiantly. All templates we have created are compatible with Netscape 4+, Internet Explorer 5+, Opera, Mozilla, and Firefox. This will open up your website as a marketing tool to more people, even if they do not have the latest internet technologies.
   
6. I have changed my mind on the template I have chosen, am I able to switch templates?
   Yes.
   
7. How much web space am I allowed to use?
   You are allowed to have as many webpages as you wish. We do not limit the amount of web space that we provide you with.
   
8. Are there transfer limits on my website?
   No. There is no limit as to how many people visit your site.
   
9. Do I get to choose my own domain name for my website? (i.e.. www.mycompany.com)
   Yes. One domain name registration is included in the website package. On top of that, you also get a free listing in the SuperBrokers mortgage directory as (http://yourname.superbrokers.ca).
   
10. Do you offer counters / statistics to track my visitors to my website?
    Of course. With every website package, we give you the option to view comprehensive statistics about the people that visit your website. These statistics include information about the number of unique people that visited your website, where and when people visited you website, as well as computer information about the people visiting your website.
    
11. I read that you include a contact form with my website. How does this work exactly?
    When you purchase a website from SidePix, we create a page for you that allows your visitors to send you a message that you are able to retrieve when ever you have the time. The visitors are able to include information to arrange a callback as well.
    
12. You say it takes less then an hour to create an entire website. How do you accomplish this?
    With SidePix's extensive back-end programs that take your information, and customization options, and dynamically code, format, and create you a website. The entire process is completely dependant on the time it takes you to enter the information, and fill out the simple forms.
    
13. After I create my website, what kind of work will I be required to do to maintain it?
    This is completely up to you. If you wish to add new content, then simply use the online update program (the same one you used to create your site). Every month, SidePix will maintain the website, updating the mortgage rates for you, and keeping the servers your website is hosted on up to date. We will also maintain your listing in the SuperBrokers directory with updated statistics and content that you wish to include.
    
14. I want to add a new section to my website. How can I do this?
    If you wish to add a new section, you can do so by using the online update program (the same on you used to create your site). Follow the quick and simple steps inputting the desired information, and that's it. It's that simple.
    
15. I want to include a Mortgage Calculator to my website. Do you supply them?
    We give you the option to include the Integrated Marlborough Stirling - MorWEB Application form and Online Mortgage Calculators. A total of 2 calculators are included with this package.
    
16. Am I able to accept Mortgage Applications over the internet?
    Yes. We give you the option to include the Integrated Marlborough Stirling - MorWEB Application form and Online Mortgage Calculators to accept online applications, which includes a pre-approval for your clients.

1. How much would it cost to get a complete professional website from SidePix Inc?
   A complete SidePix website package costs are as follows;
   
   • Initial development and web design is: $995.00
   • Monthly hosting and site upgrades: $99.95
     
2. What different methods of payment do you accept?
   We currently accept cash, major credit cards, certified cheques, PayPal, western union, and money orders.
   
3. Are your prices in Canadian currency?
   Yes. All prices listed on SidePix.com are in Canadian Currency (CAD).
   
4. Why is there a monthly fee?
   The monthly fee covers the use of our web servers, the updating of your website, as well as the maintenance of your listing in the SuperBrokers directory.
   
5. How come your prices are so much cheaper then other places?
   We have developed a process that maximizes efficiency in the creation process of websites. A large amount of time and money has been invested in creating this revolutionary process, thus allowing us to accept more customers, and charging a lower price. We understand that a website is a tool to greatly increase sales, and feel that if we could offer this tool for as low as we could, why not.
   
6. Because you have lower prices for a professional website, does this mean that I will be received one of less quality?
   Absolutely not. Our service and support is greater then many costly alternatives. We take pride in the work that we do, and want to have great customer service to back it up. This is why we offer direct support lines, as well as many different ways to contact us.
   
7. I have co-workers / employeesthat also require a mortgage website. Will I receive anything for referring them?
   At the moment, we do not have any type of referral program, however, we are currently developing a system for our final launch in April, 2005.
   
8. Is there an option to pay up front for the year, or do you only offer monthly payments?
   You bet. If you wish to pre-pay for the year, the cost is lowered to $1,099. That's like getting a month for free!
   
9. Is there a money back guarantee?
   Yes. If you are not entirely satisfied with our product or service (which we know you will be), then you are able to get a full refund within the first 90 days. The refund is the cost of the initial development costs.
   
10. How much does the Integrated Marlborough Stirling - MorWEB Application form and Online Mortgage Calculators cost?
    For a small fee of $350 up front and $150 per year, you can receive the MorWEB Application form, and 2 Mortgage Calculators integrated into you website.

3. What are the hours of your support center?
   Our hours for phone and chat support are Monday - Friday, 8am to 8pm.
   
4. Do you charge for additional support?
   Absolutely not. As much support as you need is included in your monthly fee. Please read the online documentation before calling support, as many questions are already answered online.
   
5. Do I need to get my own hosting and purchase my own domain name for my website?
   No. Included in your monthly fee is hosting for an unlimited number of pages, and included in your setup fee is the registration for a unique domain name.
   
6. I do not know much about computers or websites, is there help available for me?
   We offer some online documentation to teach you the basics about a website and creating one. Other then that, all of our virtual programs were created for users that had little or no experience with websites. We strive to make our services as user friendly as possible.
   
7. I do not know HTML, how am I supposed to update my website?
   Not knowing HTML is not a problem at all. You are able to use our virtual software in order to easily update your website with little or no knowledge of HTML.
