SidePix Refund Policy

Member Service Area and Downloadable Software Products

Virtual products are wonderful! As a consumer, you have the convenience of instant gratification and immediate use. No warehouse backorders. No courier or postal delays. No added costs for packaging and handling.

Since all of our products are virtual in nature and are at extremely low prices, SidePix will not give refunds or exchanges on our products or services within the ‘Member Service Area’ or ‘Downloadable Area.’

Also, since our products are mostly digital (ie. files), there is no way to physically "return" the product.

SidePix will replace defective products, or may compensate with another product of equal or greater value under unique circumstances.

Mortgage Template Service - Setup Fee Refunds

SidePix offers a limited 90 day money back guarantee on our initial website design setup fee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will refund the full setup cost of $995.00 within the 90-day period.

All other costs incurred will not be recoverable. (ie. Monthly hosting fees, upgrades, etc.)

SidePix will terminate the Service, remove your information, and refund your money only after written confirmation. Proof of ownership and/or ID may be required.

Refunds are not available for sale products having a 50% discount or more.

There are no refunds after the 90-day period.

Please note: SidePix only supports our products and services. We do not support the application in which they are being used. (e.g. we do not support Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera or any other related products.) Please visit their respective websites for help and support.
